The concept behind the Plinth Project is to replace artwork every twelve months, providing a platform for diverse artistic expressions. In July 2025, PCPAC celebrated a key milestone with the re-installation of the artwork “Adopt a Hydrant” in Portugal Cove St. Philip’s, marking the first rotation initiative of ‘The Plinth Project’. Through this partnership and collaboration, PCPAC has expanded the reach of our programs and laid the foundation for future opportunities for public art engagement in other communities.
